This company is on the take....nothing they say is truthful. The samples are NOT full size....they do not even list ingredients, plus the fail to tell you....your days allowed to cancel until they have charged your card. They then say 14 days but they count from the order date...... They also do not tell you that. I never received full sized products and was charged for them! I called as soon as I could track down this low class company....

Allureacell also goes by the name of SkinRestore and they have that label affixed to the jar. Apparently the had to change the name as Alluracell is getting such poor reviews. DO NOT ORDER SAMPLES OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. You will be sorry. It's a shame scam companies have to make money off of hard working people. Deceptive practices are shameful and should be stopped, but that will never happen. I guess I will never order free...

To top it off this *** doesn't even work. it does nothing, nothing like the video showed, nothing like I've read about or their cronies have said it works. it's a scam, it's a flat out scam. They stole money out of my pocket and I'm pissed. I even told them I'm on disability I get $300 a month until my permanent disability kicks in.....$300 a month and they took almost $200 out of my bank account, so tell me how do I pay my bills???? Over *** face cream...

Yes this is definitely a scam.Spoke with rude customer service who would not transfer me to a supervisor. Stated that product was technically not a sample and that you are allowed to use for 14 days ( which is really from their shipping) before you must call and cancel. I got sent two products of which I only ordered one. So I was twice screwed!!! The free samples showed up as under ten dollars, I thought oh well that wasn't too much I'd give...

Believe I have been scamed. Rec'd sample that paid for then got charged 13 days later for full amount. Just rec'd another box today and got charge again, not even 30 days later. Sending back and have let credit card company to block any further sales!!!!!! I see other people feel same way. Can't believe company can get away with this. When looking at blog, the skin care was supposed to last 2 months, maybe lasted two weeks. Their...

I ordered the trial offer and I actually liked the skin cream. I was charged $89.00 two weeks later and never received a single thing in the mail. Now I have been charged $89.00 again and pretty sure I will receive nothing again. There was no where to cancel any future orders, no shipping receipt in the box with a phone number to call. There was a phone number on the jar, that I tried calling and it absolutely did nothing, not even ring. I...

Don't be an *** like I was...there is nothing to indicate that the "free" sample is a continuing agreement. There is no place that gives a deadline for cancelling the non-existent continuing agreement. Now I've got a credit card charge for almost 90 dollars for a little teaspoon of worthless lotion. DON'T DO IT!!! Customer service not helpful. This is a bad, bad, scam. There is no integrity with this company. Avoid at all costs. They are preying...

Unfortunately, I was one of the dummies to fall for this scam. There was NOT anything on the order saying that I was signing up for "continual" order for this product. I only paid for a "free" sample by paying for the shipping. When I called the company to complain (after I got a charge of $90 on my credit card), a non-speaking person told me to f**k off! I immediately called my credit card company to file a dispute. They will not take the charge...

Following month, another box arrives with NO invoice (not even my name was on the slip of paper inside) and find my credit card was charged $171.94....for two creams which were NOT ordered. Called this company to complain.....was told by ordering the "free" samples, I had automatically subscribed to having replacement product sent.... Shady business practices....no prior notice was sent of products being sent, no statement of...

I ordered the introductory offer only, and have now received two more boxes, in two separate shipments. The charges are approaching $200. I will try to reach them to inform them that I will take this matter to the attorney General of my state. This is just the kind of scam they will work to protect citizens from. I urge all of you to do the same.
