Alluracell Cream Review

I got the cream about 4 days ago it was supposed to be a 14 day free trial. They took 89.97 off my credit card before the 14 day free trial was over. I have been trying to reach them and all I get is a answering machine telling me to leave my name and number. They never call back now I have to cancel my bank card and get a new one. What can I do. This is bad business.

SCAM product

Ordered the 'trial' prod's and paid the trial price. I was then charged 85.97 & 89.97. I called and demanded a refund - this list price was not mentioned in the advertisement. Called and went back & forth with them 3 times. they offered different amounts of refunds before we settled on 70% and an e-mail confirmation of the refund. Any time you order products on line they will put an auto ship clause on the order and will continue to charge your cr card if you don't call to cancel right away - beware

Ripped Off!

I found a charge for 89.97 on my credit card bill. I called the number and was told I was not in their system. I called the next day and was found. I was told I had a 14 day trial and did not return the product. I do not have this product in my possession and I told her that and that I wanted a refund. We went over this several times, and she started off by offering me 10% back, then 30%, then 50%, and finally 70% and she said that was her final offer. I took it, as it is better than nothing. When I first called they said I probably ordered Dermaset and gave me that number, a trial I did take and cancelled. I think that these two companies work together and my info was given to Allure and I was charged. I am done with skin care trials. I will stick with Olay and will not put my info out there again. Buyer Beware!

Alluracell - Cream Review from Bullard, Texas

Experienced same problem....I even looked for the box to check that agreed to the auto ship and get confident there wouldn't be one. Now I see there is. I didn't agree to all three products being shipped. So now I have already been charged $45 for the original $4.95 for shipping trial. Received three products and the invoice only listed two. The phone number listed is no good and I am still within the first 14 days of trial period. The product burned my skin on first use and I would like to return it and not receive any further charges of shipments!
